This appears to be the case, if so...Harry please place an allow for:

dragon.geog.ubc.ca

on sunny89 for UNIDATA  ".*" and this should allow McGill access as well.

Harry does sunny89 ingest the complete UNIDATA feed or should UBC only
request HDS (HRS) from sunny89?

UBC, after re-directing yuor feed as Harry recommends keep in mind you
must stop and start the ldm for the changes in ldmd.conf to take place.
