OK we can more or less rule out the pqact.conf file then...

How about the other question..?

Since you are not logging, there is either a permissions/ownership issue
or it is not configured properly in ldmadmin..this will be in
home/ldm/bin.

If you cannot find how or where to implement logging from our docs:

please send me a copy of your ldmadmin file and I will look at it..
