The RECLASS tells us what is going on.  Your request for ANY got changed
into what ldm.meteo.psu.edu is setup to allow you to request, NNEXRAD.

Given that UIUC and PSU have basically refused to feed you what you
need, you need to get in touch with the LDM administrators at those
sites and request that they allow you to request the things you need.

Here is how you do this:

1) find out who the LDM contact is at the sites you want a feed from:

The last page has the list of sites participating in the IDD and contacts
at each site.  From this page, we find that the contacts are:

Art Person <address@hidden>

University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign
David Wojtowicz <address@hidden>

2) send the contact(s) an email that specifies:

   o the fully qualified name of the machine you are running your LDM
     on (aeolus.valpo.edu)

   o the feed(s) you want to get from them


To speed the process (hopefully), I sent the email for you this time
(and CCed you on the request).
