Re: motherlode-thelma-shemp feeds

Hsie,

I will make the changes on thelma, keep in mind "nobody" will be feeding
from motherlode in the future so your requests to motherlode will be
denied, but I will place the allows for both cirrus and rainbow on thelma.

rainbow.al.noaa.gov
and
cirrus.al.noaa.gov

will be allowed:

WMO|FSL2|MCIDAS|FNEXRAD|NIMAGE 

from thelma, we will have to wait on a response from the admin of sirocco
as to the change. I will notify him of the change and cc you on the
message.

I have made the changes to the ldmd.conf, you should be set to go with
your new machine.
