[IDV #QQQ-492356]: Vector display problem

When doing the Define a grid diagnostic, the use time driver time property is 
not being passed to the 
control and it is a bug. So, after created the vector display, you need to 
select 
View > Times > Use Time Driver Times and then save a bundle (attached). The 
attached bundle 
will do the update (a bit slow) when you change the time driver.
