[IDV #QQQ-492356]: Vector display problem

This might be a bug.

I think you select Define a grid diagnostic at the beginning and enter:

makeVector(newUnit(u, "u", "m/s") , newUnit(v, "v", "m/s") )

in the popup interface, and then select u/v to be uflxqv ...,  the time driver 
will likely work.
