[IDV #EEC-978504]: About the user's forum

The stripe is the boundary of the dataset, the dataset covers 0 to 360 in 
longitude. You can use the globe view
to get rid of this stripe, or use the "lonflit()" Jython function to flit the 
data from 0 -360 to -180 to 180.
