Hi Romain,

You need to follow the instruction to install the IDV from the installers, you 
should not run the IDV this way. There is a runIDV script and
this script will point to the Java bundled with the IDV. Otherwise, the Java 
command from your system doesn't have the
Java 3D library installed.
