[IDV #CZF-360388]: GOES 16 17 Imagery 0.47 um Reduced to 1km

I wonder which dataset in the added server you were looking at, the dataset 
RTGOESR and image type 
GOES-East-CONUS 0.64 VIS is still in the 0.5km (6000 X 10000). The FULLDISK 
size 21696 X 21696, it is the 0.5km.
