Hi Zohreh,

Where did you get the GOES-16 3D volume data? Does it naming like:  
OR_ABI-L2-LVTPC-M6_G16_s20201280021110_e20201280023482_c20201280025353.nc?

I would like to download the same file to give it a try to understand the 
problem you ran into.
