Hi John,
The error message is telling me the video card driver not updated. If your
computer was able to run the IDV in the past, then I will guess
there was a system upgrade or something like that which actually brought back
the old video card driver. We saw this kind of problem a lot in
the university labs, those machines in the lab being update (or re-imaging)
frequently, and causing problems like this every time.
