[IDV #GPQ-664131]: NEXRAD Radar files

Hi Alex,

The attached file is doing fine in the IDV, maybe other corrupted files caused 
this error message. You can check the size of all radar files to see if any 
file/files
look unnormal. Also, make sure you have enough memory allocated.
