[IDV #GFF-584481]: IDV Malfunction



Jim,

Can you tell us a bit about how you are running the IDV? In particular, are you
running the IDV in a remote display scenario? If so, please run the IDV on your
local machine rather than trying to connect to a remote display.

Also ensure your graphics driver is up-to-date and that you have downloaded and
installed the correct version of the IDV (32 versus 64 bit, etc.)
