In the GrADS server
https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods/gfs_0p25/gfs20190204.thredds
the link of <service name="gds" serviceType="DODS"
base="http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods"/>
is incorrected, http needs to be https.
