[IDV #XPV-993588]: Invalid Date String on XGRF Files

Hi Cody,

The answer is no, you have to use the pattern:

yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss

It is possible to make it work in the future, but we need to figure out how to 
input the pattern or time format string.
