[IDV #LTV-211426]: IDV and radar data

Hi David,

We can probably work out something to join the sweep files into a volume file, 
please
upload two or three sample sweep files you want to display as a volume:

In theory the answer is yes if the data format is what the IDV can handle. 
Again,
upload a sample for me to see what the problem is.

If it is a CF complaint netCDF file, there should be no problem.
