[IDV #HUK-985393]: Full Disk GOES-16 Imagery

Hi Kelvin,

I played these datasets a little more last night and had better understanding
here. For everything other than full disk datasets,
they do have time variable, but not the time dimension. The datasets are CF
complaint though. The IDV is able to make it work with
some changes, but the time aggregation will need to wait for the CDM 5.0
release.

The full disk dataset coordinate variables have unit "microradian", I think the
IDV does not know how to handle it, I need more
research on this after the AMS.
