[IDV #DFR-435820]: IDV won't launch, possibly a problem with thredds.ucar catalog or something else at Unidata?

I got the same problem here, it is the unidata's web server is down. If you 
disconnect the network of your computer, the IDV
can be started. I am waiting for system Adm to restart the apache server.
