[IDV #MKR-443485]: stereo support on idv 5.0



Hi Al,

I was looking over this long thread, and I think we have tried every solution I
can think of (e.g., updating the graphics card driver, remove your .unidata
directory, etc. etc.)  At this point, I am out of ideas.

If you have the IDV (stereo) working on another system, I would simply try to 
use
it there. We have tested the IDV 5.4 on Windows 10 and, to my knowledge, it is
working without issue. As far as I can tell, this problem seems to be isolated
to your Windows 10 desktop.
