[IDV #TBF-580156]: IDV 5.3 no longer starts up



Hi Wayne,

I think there may be two problems going on.

First, update your Windows graphics driver. That's what that screenshot you sent
us indicates you need to do.

Second, you may have a corrupt .unidata directory
(\Users\<username>\.unidata). Please move that directory out of the way if the
first solution does not work.
