[IDV #JOH-888693]: Disabling Adaptive Resolution

Hi Mason,

The IDV should work regardless of attributes for this file, but without the 
missing value attribute for this
QPESum, the range of the color table is set to (0 - 9.969E36). This is way you 
get the all gray color in
the color shaded display. This really has nothing to do with AR, I wrote the 
code and I can assure you.
Right click on the color bar to change the range to 0 and 1 and you will get 
the good image.
