[IDV #OMU-134236]: Color bar label

Hi Mason,

In the legend of the display window (to the right of the view window), you can
click on the "control" link for your display. This will take you to the Display
tab of the IDV dashboard. Go to the Edit -> Properties menu item, Color Scale
tab. There you can click on "Labels" visible option.
