[IDV #MKR-443485]: stereo support on idv 5.0



Hi Al,

After doing quite a bit of research you have unfortunately run into a unrelated
problem that we are ourselves coming to terms with. In particular, the IDV
(nightly) will not run under certain combinations of Windows 10 and older
hardware.

If possible can you describe your hardware in some detail. Specifically, what
graphics card is installed on your system. Can you also tell us if you have two
graphics cards on your computer? Your system was probably upgraded to Windows 10
at some point. Is this true?
