[IDV #MKR-443485]: stereo support on idv 5.0



Hi Al,

We will bring this topic up at our next Unidata/SSEC teleconference to see if
the workaround suggested in
http://forum.jogamp.org/Java3D-stereo-td4029914i20.html can be incorporated into
VisAD.
