[IDV #APG-911547]: Port 112?

Hi Tom,

All three options under Observation are connecting to the ADDE servers, it does 
look
like the problem of network configuration to the port 112. Port 112 is required 
for the 
ADDE server.

There is no firewall or restriction on our ADDE server: adde.ucar.edu
