[IDV #GLX-522634]: Use with attribution?

Stu,

Good to hear from you, and it is great when we get contacted by someone from
wunderground/weather.com.

I am not a lawyer, just humble software developer, but I see no problem using
images and loops especially with attribution which would give our project
PR/visibility.
