[IDV #LDS-176287]: Running IDV

Chanelle,

I can think of a few different problems here. Please make sure,

1/ you have an up-to-date version of the
IDV. (http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/current/index.jsp)

2/ your video driver is up-to-date
(http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/update-driver-hardware-isnt-working-properly#update-driver-hardware-isnt-working-properly=windows-7)

3/ you dowloaded the correct version of the IDV. For example, you may
have downloaded the 32 bit version when you meant the 64 bit
version. (http://www.akaipro.com/kb/article/1616#os_32_or_64_bit)
