[IDV #GIM-973479]: IDV with IRIS format

It is possible your best bet may be to convert it to another format.

Can you upload a sample data file here:

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/repository/alias/idvupload

and let us know when it is there?

Outside the realm of the IDV, it is possible that Py-ART
can handle the data in question.
