Levi,
Please simply add these lines to the top of your file.
(index)->(Latitude,Longitude,Altitude)
Latitude[unit="degrees"],Longitude[unit="degrees"],Altitude[unit="meter"]
Or define the metadata correctly when you load the CSV data.
Make sure you vet the units.
