[IDV #CLJ-120529]: Error IDV error in loading GrADS data

If you feel the .ctl file is in good shape, it should work. In the Data 
Choosers, select the .grb file ( not .ctl file and assuming .ctl in the same 
folder) and select the 
Data Source Type as GrADS binary grib file, and then ...

By the way, most of the IDV tickets related to GrADS file have been resolved.
