[IDV #XBP-777190]: IDV 4.1 will not load

Sorry for the delayed response.

Please try editing the runIDV.bat script. In particular comment in the
line that says:

REM set idv_memory=512

so that it says

set idv_memory=512

Please keep us up-to-date on your progress.
