[IDV #WTV-208049]: Trouble since downloading 4.1

Ben,
I was able to load the zidv bundle without problems. I have hunch
what the problem may be. Does the IDV start normally at all? When
you start the IDV, does the view window with the map appear?
I can obtain better diagnostics if you go to the Help menu --> Support
Request Form. Make sure "Include Current State as Bundle" is checked.
You don't need any data loaded.
