[IDV #QIA-177254]: UNAVCO IDV viewer

Dave,

Thanks for alerting us to this problem. According to this 
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/catalogs/ the data feeds have changed 
location, but also the format has been altered. Unfortunately, we do not have a 
quick solution and we will have to put it on the todo list.
