[IDV #JBN-701347]: Error when trying exp(field)

Paul,
     The problem is that the input of your formula is a visad object, and 
Jython can not handle this kind of
object. In the IDV, we handle this kind of calculation in Java, extract the 
numeric value from the visad object and
do the calculation, and then construct a new visad object and return to the 
IDV. But, 
we don't have exp formula yet.
