[IDV #MDW-368450]: automatically stops

Dear Mr. Wang,

We are glad that solution worked.

The IDV does have various diagnostic output available via Command Line
Arguments.
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/docs/workshop/installandstart/CommandLineArguments.html.
The -debug option may have been helpful in this situation.

Best Wishes,

Unidata IDV Support
