[IDV #YEO-725865]: IDV Installation problems on Windows PC

Hi Haley,

I am bit surprised you had to edit the startup script to start the IDV. This is 
occasionally necessary but rare. At any rate, please find the runIDV.bat 
script. Therein you will find a comment at the beginning of the script that 
explains what to do. Also you may wish to read this
