[IDV #TLU-805180]: Background/basemaps



David,

We can indeed confirm msrmaps.com web site officially shutdown May 1, 2012 
(http://msrmaps.com/About.aspx?n=AboutWhatsNew&b=Newsite). I did not know this. 
Strangely, the site still works somewhat, but for how long? We will have to 
seek out and implement alternatives for the IDV.
