[IDV #YGA-505055]: Unable to load dual-pol radar

Greetings Becky,

The two package that come to mind are MCIDAS-X and GEMPAK. You could also try 
the NCDC Weather and Climate Toolkit (http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/wct/), which 
is mentioned on the NCDC Radar data access page. I'm not sure the WCT will work 
however, as like the other two packages mentioned on the page, there is no 
mention of specific support for dual-pol products. The IDV can read/display 
real time dual-pol products that are accessed via an ADDE server, but we just 
can't read individual files off of the local disk at the moment.
