Hi Kalin,
    The answer is yes, you can do it by editing the layout model. 
    In the Dashboard window, under the tab Displays, Select Layout tab, and 
next to the layout model there is a icon (double arrow downward), click on it 
and select edit, and from here you can edit each parameter, such as changing 
the unit, after you finish, save it, you will get a local copy of the layout 
model, and the display will be changed too.
