Greetings Kaitlyn,
When you load in level II radar data from the Data Choosers Tab on the
Dashboard window, you can go to the Field Selector on the same window to find
the RHI display option. Make sure you click "Reflectivity" under Fields, not
"Reflectivity Elevation Angle <angle>". If you've selected Reflectivity, then
RHI should show up in the Displays box to the right of the Fields Box on the
Field Selector Tab, just under Radar Sweep View in 3D.
