[IDV #XHC-355540]: IDV Fails to Load

Brandon,
    When you get the chance to run the IDV locally, please rename or delete the 
main.xml file in the .unidata/idv/DefaultIdv directory before you run the IDV, 
also, pay special attention on the memory usage.
