[IDV #XHC-355540]: IDV Fails to Load

Brandon,
      Try one more thing, go to where the IDV is installed and try to run the 
simpleIDV to see if you can run this one. The big change in the 3.0 release is 
that the IDV will try to figure out the memory of the machine and has some 
logic to allocate the memory automatically. Somehow I have the feeling this 
maybe the cause of failure to start the IDV. Please give it a try and let us 
know.
