[IDV #HCU-216732]: wrf geography file not opened

Hi Ahmed,
    The attached file is not well formatted nc file, it does not follow any 
convention. The very obvious issues here is:
  No Coordinate Axes were found, No CoordSysBuilder found , and No 
'Conventions' found.

I don't know what is geogrid.exe, is it another application that change the 
format of the WRF output? The IDV can read in the WRF output directly, and WRF 
also has some post script to do the conversion of the file format.
