[IDV #BUG-290218]: ECMWF grib files do not work anymore

Hi HP,
 Could you upload a couple sample files here?
  http://motherlode.ucar.edu/repository/alias/idvupload
I can only find gempak format emmwf model output here, and the IDV has no 
problem display the dataset.
