[IDV #ORE-337982]: downloading hycom data using idv.

Hi Renato,
   You need to install J3D 1.5.2 version in your machine. Try to do it for all 
users and/or the IDV user, the all users option may not work in a couple's user 
report. Let me know if this doesn't help.
