[IDV #UYP-895625]: Displaying fields on sigma surfaces

Hi Robert,

First off, we noticed that you are running IDV version 2.6. If possible, please 
update to version 2.9.

Second, in the IDV v2.9, we see these 2 variables: "Precipitable_water" 
"Pseudo-adiabatic_potential_temperature". Analysis of the grib file in 
questions shows that this is correct, and as far as I can tell there are no 
problems in the IDV.
