[IDV #QLS-158248]: Cant start IDV

Hi Charlie,

   When you see a file (start with hs and ends with log, eg. hs-11111111.log) 
being generated in the directory where you installed the IDV, it would indicate 
a graphics card problem. Make sure you have the latest driver for your graphics 
card. Even new systems come with old graphics cards driver.
