[IDV #NGF-484691]: split imageSeq ADDE-request in multiple singleBand requests

I gave it my best shot the last time I tried, but apparently that was not good 
enough. :-(

The code is in ImageDataSource.  Right now, I don't have any cycles to look 
into this.
