[IDV #PAT-794378]: Fail to open IDV 2.9

Ilan,
    I wonder how is your IDV working, if possible we do like to know which 
plugin causing the problem. Also, there is another way to remove the plugin, 
you can delete or rename the ~/.unidata/idv/DefaultIdv/plugins directory. Let 
me know if you need help.
