[IDV #YIX-913245]: Error loading 3D isosurface

Walter,
       I understand your results, and I would say both images give the correct 
displays. The reason you see the inverted contours is that in the sigma coord. 
display the sigma coordinate being transferred to pressure coordinate, and 
resulting a 3D surface displaying in the IDV, but the arbitrary coords is a 2D 
surface, you can tilt the view point to get the feeling of it. Otherwise, the 
color shaded plan view may be better option for you. The two displays from 
different coordinates will have a little difference. Let me know if you see it 
differently, and remember to attach a bundle with your email so I can reproduce 
your display locally.
